I had a great stay at Fabexpress Pearl Robe. The customer service was excellent. Kapil, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time in Delhi. He was knowledgeable and always responded promptly to our requests. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of the city. the staff were very knowledgeable about local activities and helped us plan our weekend adventure. the rooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning that kept us cool all night long. Plus, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast each morning!

The check-in process was a bit of a hassle as we had to pay 100% of the fees even though we had paid 25% before check-in. the customer service helpline was often busy and our calls were diverted to different departments.

The hotel offers great customer service, with staff who are knowledgeable about the area and happy to help guests with travel arrangements. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and any issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities such as room service and breakfast, along with a convenient location close to restaurants and shops.
